Effective leaders are  those who increase their company’s bottom lines. 

 

Thus  Leadership refers to the relationship between the superior and his

subordinates, and is not determined by position, but an individual’s

ability to use their formal authority wisely and effectively.

 

Effective leaders have a vision that they believe in, are willing to

share, and are fully committed to realizing the desired changes

needed to achieve their results and the companies.​ They define and implements the

vision that is necessary for the success of the company and people that they lead.
